When Life Doesn't Seem to Work

Do you sometimes feel that things just don't work out for you like you planned? Or do you feel like you are spinning your wheels but getting nowhere? Or do you just have the uneasy sense that things just aren't right? You are not alone.

Your creator had a design for you and a plan for your life. However if you are like most people you go off in different directions and wonder why the happiness you seek seems to elude you at every turn. People try different things to find the peace and happiness they desire.

Some work longer and harder to get more things. Some turn to drugs or alcohol to dull the pain. Some keep hoping the next relationship will be the one that makes their life work. These are futile pursuits that rarely gain the desired results for more than a short time.

This is because we've deviated from the Creator's plan. When we do this, even if it seems we are doing good things, our Creator, God calls it sin. Not only because we are not doing things His way, but because He knows what works and what doesn't – even when we think we know better what will make us happy. But He is a gentleman and allows us to go off in our own direction so we can see it doesn't work. This futile pursuit creates a barrier between us and our Creator and sometimes we have to end up flat on our backs to begin looking up.

However, God had a plan to fix this situation, even from the beginning of time since He knew this would happen. This plan was to send is son Jesus to pay the penalty for all the bad things we've done and restore the relationship between individuals who accept it and mark the bill for the things we've done: Paid in Full! Even for those who pridefully or fearfully say that they have done too much to be forgiven.

This is the first step to getting back on track with your best life and restoring the relationship that was intended for you. Now that you've read this far, you have a choice to make. You have the free will to reject this message or you can accept it and begin to get in tune with the best your Creator has for you. Or, perhaps you need more information and time for this to sink in.

Check out what one of the great preachers of our time had to say:

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16
